Under new Head Chef Sam Sturman is an emerging modern British chef known for combining refined technique with bold, flavour-led cooking. Having trained and worked in respected kitchens including Midsummer House, Pollen Street Social and Michelin-starred The Raby Hunt, Sturman has built a reputation for technically polished dishes rooted in seasonal British produce.
